Can I use a satnav to find you?
Yes, our postcode is BA22 8PE. Most satnavs will guide you past our entrance on Bearley Lane, so when you turn off the A303, please look out for our entrance approximately 200m along the lane; the first gateway on the left.
Can I park easily?
Yes, we have a large, open parking area with a dedicated area for visitors who require Accessible Parking and access to our facilities.

How do I book an appointment for my dog in the GroomRoom?
There are two ways to book an appointment, please call us on 07908 073653 / 01935 822200 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. In busy periods you may find an answerphone, please leave your details and we will return your call as soon as possible.
How long will a grooming appointment take?
This depends largely on the breed and character of your dog, the style that you would like, and their coat condition. We like to ensure that your dogs are not rushed and that they find the grooming experience a positive and comfortable one, so times will vary on an individual basis. We may be able to give you an estimate of the time required but the actual time will be confirmed by directly contacting you when your dog is nearing completion and being prepared for collection.
Can I cancel or change my appointment at any time?
At Emily’s Canine Country we operate an appointment system. Should you need to change your appointment, we do require 72 hours’ notice so that we can offer your appointment to someone else. If less than 72 hours’ notice is given, then there may be a late cancellation fee payable.
Can I exercise my dog before an activity or grooming appointment?
We encourage you to toilet and exercise your dog appropriately before visiting us. We do have a small toileting area for dogs, but please clean up after your dog and take it home with you.
What methods of payment do you accept?
Cash, Card, or BACS payments are acceptable.
Are you insured?
Yes, Emily’s Canine Country is fully insured for all the services we offer.
Do I leave my dog with you in the GroomRoom?
For a quick treatment such as a pawdicure, you are very welcome to stay and wait for your dog. If your dog is booked in for a grooming package, then you will need to leave your dog with us.
Do you sedate dogs for grooming?
No, we do not sedate dogs. If your dog must be groomed under sedation, then please discuss this with your veterinary surgeon before you contact us.
Is there anything I should tell you before my dog is groomed?
Please let us know if your dog has fleas or any skin conditions, this will allow us to use the correct shampoo and conditioner for bathing them. If you have been given a special shampoo by your vet, please bring it along and we will use it. Please advise us of your dog’s temperament and of any medical conditions, so we can ensure that they have a safe, relaxing, and enjoyable visit.
